Our Staff
Palm Home Care Services was founded on the values of respect and dignity as the core principles of our service approach. We believe that both clients and caregivers deserve to be treated with the utmost respect at all times. As part of our commitment to clients, we offer a complimentary consultation to explain our business and the referral services we offer. A client coordinator will work closely with you to ascertain your caregiver preferences. Our team carefully listens to you to better understand your preferences for caregivers and the specific days and times for which you are seeking a caregiver. We strive to refer to you caregivers that best match your objective caregiver preferences. If you need a skilled caregiver in addition to a private duty caregiver, we can refer skilled caregivers for an additional fee. Our dedicated staff are available around the clock to assist whenever you need us. Be assured that when you reach out to us, you will speak directly with a caring team member and not an answering service or impersonal machine. Additionally, our experienced staff can assist you in maximizing the benefits available through your long-term care policy, guide you through the necessary paperwork, and assist you throughout the claim process.
The Independent Caregivers We Refer
As part of our caregiver registration process, we thoroughly interview, reference check, and credential each Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aide (HHA). Additionally, we verify that all caregivers have passed a Level 2 background screening, and all home health aides are registered with the Palm Beach County Division of Consumer Affairs and have obtained their Palm Beach County Home Caregiver ID badge. Consistent with state regulations, we only refer caregivers who maintain current CPR certification, and provide proof of training in Alzheimer’s and dementia related diseases, domestic violence, HIV/AIDS, and assistance with self-administered medication at a minimum. Caregivers further provide proof of being free of communicable diseases prior to being referred to their first client in order to prioritize your safety and well-being.
Each caregiver on our registry is an independent contractor and not an employee of Palm Home Care Services, LLC.
